Urgent Message - IBC 2007 DOWNGRADE FREEZE

Independence Blue Cross has informed us that on July 1 it will again put a hold on all downgrades. If you’d like to downgrade for July 1, the carrier requires paperwork to be submitted prior to June 1, 2007. To allow time for your paperwork to be reviewed and processed, the deadline to receive paperwork at our office is May 22, 2007. Please be aware, requests to downgrade coverage received after May 22 cannot be processed until January 1, 2008.
