COBRA legislation requires employers to offer continuing health

comply with COBRA guidelines. There are a few exceptions to this
rule.

How do I terminate an employee
from our insurance plan?
The Administrators, Inc. needs written authorization from the
business owner, a company officer or the company's benefits administrator
to implement this type of a change. The note should include the
subscriber's name and the date of termination. Please note, terminations
are always effective on the first of the month. Termination requests
must be received in our office by the 10th of the requested termination
month. For example, for a June 1 termination date you must notify
us by June 10.

Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Program must provide written notice 45
